About This Piece

Vintage Design

vintage nightlights likely made in 1970s Italy. The shade is made out of murano glass shaped into a sphere, with a burnished gold metal base. The murano glass is handmade and has a swirling, hypnotic pattern made with predominantly white lines accented by two orange/brown line. While the lamp is heavier due to the full globe shape the base is sturdy. The breathtaking design is furthe revealed when turned on.

Very good vintage condition with minimal signs of age. The metal base sports a lovely patina of age (see photographs). Each lamp requires 1xE14 Edison lightbulb.
