About This Piece

Vintage Design

Four very attractive teak bar stools, upholstered in black imitation leather, with chrome-plated metal footrests.
Made by Spøttrup Møbelfabrik, Denmark, 1960s

They are beautiful and generally in very good condition.

Three of them have natural wear and tear/slight signs of use, the last one has a few things that should be mentioned.

A) It has ‘scratches’ in the seat, which look like they were caused by a button, zip or similar (not gone through).

B) A small ‘hole’ on the side of the seat.

C) A repair under the seat where the leather had come apart.

These are 4 very beautiful chairs and they are fully functional as they are, but can easily be reupholstered if desired.
