We have a big appreciation for New Zealand here in our office. We actually have two kiwis on staff with us, so it seemed like a good idea to include a little bit of NZ design here on the blog to, you know, include the whole whanau. Yeah, great idea!

These vessels by Phil Cuttance are quite stunning. Named Aurora Pots, each piece is hand-cast in water based resin, but it’s the lids that are the exciting bit! Each lid has a luminous quality created by dripping a single drop of polish into water and then transferring the spread polish onto the lid, preserving the unique bleed of each drop.
