A Just Shoutout

It's so great when people I truly love and admire get recognition for their hard, and brilliant, work.

And that's exactly what happened this past Monday when The New York Times posted "Children Lost in War Zones and Disasters Find Their Families With an App" on their technology blog Bits, a piece about the admirable work of our board member, Jorge Just.

Jorge has been busy developing the Rapid Family Tracing and Reunification app (RapidFTR). Intended for use in developing countries, the relatively uncomplicated app has been designed to help connect lost children with their families in refugee camps following events such as armed conflicts or natural disasters.

You can read more about Jorge's work and the RapidFTR app over at NYT Bits.
