This sculptural lounge sofa, designed by the renowned Vladimir Kagan and produced by Directional in the United States in 1999, stands as an iconic piece of modern furniture design. Known affectionately as the "Cloud Sofa" due to its whimsical, cloud-like fabric and boomerang shape, this sofa transcends conventional furniture, embodying both art and functionality. Its organic form gives it the appearance of a sculptural masterpiece, while still serving as a practical and comfortable seating option. The sofa retains its original upholstery, a luxurious off-white beige sand-colored fabric that is as soft as teddy velvet, enhancing its stunning aesthetic appeal. Despite being over two decades old, the upholstery is in good condition, rated at 90% with only minor wear and no significant damage. For those who desire, the cover can be removed and dry-cleaned, which we already did, ensuring the sofa maintains its pristine appearance.
