Claus Bolby ist ein dänischer Designer, der für seine Möbelentwürfe und insbesondere für seine Arbeiten im Bereich des Lichtdesigns bekannt ist. Er wurde in den 1940er Jahren geboren und ist ein Vertreter des skandinavischen Designs, das durch Funktionalität, Ästhetik und eine enge Verbindung zur Natur geprägt ist. Bolby studierte an der Universität für Angewandte Kunst und hat im Laufe seiner Karriere mit verschiedenen dänischen Unternehmen und Marken zusammengearbeitet, um stilvolle und funktionale Möbelstücke und Leuchten zu schaffen.
