About This Piece

Vintage Design

Sofa in the Stockholm style of the Gustavian period from the 1st half of the 19th century. Made of wood, painted grey-beige and wiped. Wonderful original carvings, a true gem. The curved, rectangular frame with rounded corners on eight fluted and conical legs. Carved floral frieze all around. The backrest rises in curves from the retracted, voluted arm bars. Decorated with plastic rose petals. Fluted upper edges and vertically striped textile cover on the fully upholstered seat and back surfaces. The cushions are included. The sofa is equipped with a piping finish. The dimensions are 101 cm high, 162 cm wide and 62 cm deep. The seat height is 47 cm.
