This Big Shadow floor lamp was designed by the Dutch designer Marcel Wanders for the Italian company Cappelini. The sleek shape that is reminiscent of a large mushroom is striking. The special feature of this lamp is that there is not only a light source in the shade but also 1 in the base. As a result, the lamp not only provides clear light immediately but also makes the frame glow beautifully diffused. This makes the lamp even seem to float a little in the dark. The material of the hood and the base is white textile, the frame is chromed. This famous design by Marcel Wanders is definitely an addition to your interior. Still in good vintage condition. We love Dutch minimalism.
