Proper
Proper is based in London's East End and is the brainchild of two design professionals. It has evolved from a temporary Saturday shop specialising in mid-century furniture into the fully-formed shop and website it is today, which offers wonderful vintage items defined by their high quality, attention to detail, solid and interesting use of materials or perhaps a particular quirk of design. The team at Proper is devoted to finding unique items and travels throughout the UK and further afield to source pieces that are unusual and have longevity. They enjoy sourcing these items as much as they hope their customers enjoy having them in their homes.
